Virgin Atlantic

Kids Fares
Infants under two years pay 10 per cent of an adult fare and kids aged from two to 12 years pay 75 per cent of the adult fare.

Kids Luggage Allowance
Infants not entitled to a seat are entitled to one piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 10kg, as well as a stroller or bassinet or car seat.
The baggage allowance for juniors is the same as an adult: 2 pieces weighing 23kg per piece.

Kids Entertainment
Every seat throughout the aircraft features V:Port on-demand entertainment system. There is V.Tots channel for pre-schoolers, V.KiD for five to 11 year olds and V.T for teens, each of which presents a wide range of kids feature films, TV shows and cartoons.
V:Port also has Nintendo-style games for kids of all ages; you can even play against someone sitting in another seat.
There's a parental block function on the V:Port system, so you can block access to features that might not be suitable for your kids.

Kids Meals
At the time of booking, you can arrange a kid’s meal for their children. The meal features the usual food to keep them happy - from fish fingers, to pizza and of course, chocolate. Juice, water and soft drinks are also provided throughout the flight.

Kids Packs
The Ki-D pack is available on every flight in and out of the UK and includes a Virgin Atlantic cap, lollies, digital watch, pen, puzzle book with trivia, crosswords, jokes, comics as well as a fiction book by award winning UK children’s author Gillian Cross.

Babies on board
Babies up to 12 months are provided with a skycot, and parents of infants aged from six to 36 months can request an infant care chair at the time of booking. You’ll need to bring their own baby supplies but just in case of emergencies, a full range of nappies, baby food and milk is available.
